Mnoz\u00ed z\u00a0n\u00e1s jsou natolik p\u0159esyceni, \u017ee nejen nesta\u010d\u00ed tato kvanta informac\u00ed zpracov\u00e1vat a vyb\u00edrat si ty relevantn\u00ed, ale pak u\u017e ani samostatn\u011b myslet.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto informace n\u00e1s doslova strh\u00e1vaj\u00ed k tomu, abychom se v\u011bnovali po\u017eadavk\u016fm a informac\u00edm ostatn\u00edch. Trend pokra\u010doval televiz\u00ed, kter\u00e1 u\u017e proz\u00e1\u0159ila prost\u0159ed\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch domov\u016f zvukem i sv\u011btlem, nemohla v\u0161ak b\u00fdt neust\u00e1le s\u00a0n\u00e1mi a bylo je\u0161t\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 od n\u00ed odej\u00edt. Dnes m\u00e1me mobily, p\u0159es kter\u00e9 jsou neust\u00e1le s\u00a0n\u00e1mi. Jsme d\u00edky nim dosa\u017eiteln\u00ed kdykoli a kdekoli a mohou n\u00e1s tak\u00e9 neust\u00e1le informovat.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 technologie a zejm\u00e9na pak takzvan\u00fd <strong>internet v\u011bc\u00ed (IoT)<\/strong> p\u0159inesou krom\u011b dal\u0161\u00edho zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivota tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsoby, jak naru\u0161ovat soukrom\u00ed a mozkovou aktivitu. M\u00e1m trochu obavu z\u00a0p\u0159edstavy, \u017ee mi jednoho dne bude ledni\u010dka radit, co si m\u00e1m koupit a kde. Multimedi\u00e1ln\u00edm prostorem se tak brzy m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161e, na co \u010dlov\u011bk s\u00e1hne.<\/p>\n<p>Je proto pot\u0159eba si pravideln\u011b a \u00fa\u010delov\u011b vyhrazovat osobn\u00ed my\u0161lenkov\u00fd prostor, kter\u00fd nebude naru\u0161ov\u00e1n neust\u00e1l\u00fdm tokem informac\u00ed, upozorn\u011bn\u00ed a zpr\u00e1v.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cesty ven<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mnoho z\u00a0n\u00e1s, v\u010detn\u011b m\u011b, u\u017e m\u00e1me nau\u010den\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u00e9 mimovoln\u00ed rekce p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0telefonem, po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem \u010di televiz\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstroje u\u017e natolik prorostly\u00a0na\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotem, \u017ee kdy\u017e nejsou kolem n\u00e1s, tak se c\u00edt\u00edme p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm \u201edivn\u011b\u201c. Pova\u017euji proto za nutn\u00e9 jejich vliv na n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b a v\u011bdom\u011b omezovat.<\/p>\n<p>Jak ale za\u010d\u00edt? Televize, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d a zejm\u00e9na mobily s\u00a0p\u0159ipojen\u00edm k\u00a0internetu do postele ani k\u00a0posteli zkr\u00e1tka nepat\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk si t\u00edm vyhrad\u00ed prostor v\u00a0nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b, kdy se mozek pomalu p\u0159ipravuje ke sp\u00e1nku. Pova\u017euji to za zaru\u010den\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se v\u00a0klidu vyspat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Den \u010di v\u00edkend off-line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkolikr\u00e1t jsem za\u017eil situace, kdy byl \u0161\u00e9f p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee kdy\u017e on pracuje o v\u00edkendu, tak budou v\u0161ichni pracovn\u00edci makat s n\u00edm. Nev\u00e1hal p\u0159itom na d\u00e1lku obt\u011b\u017eovat kolegy sv\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky. Po n\u011bkolika prvn\u00edch t\u00fddnech jsem zareagoval sebeobrann\u00fdm vypnut\u00edm po\u010d\u00edta\u010de i mobilu. Po\u017eadavky tak p\u0159estaly chodit.<\/p>\n<p>Chv\u00edli se \u0161\u00e9f sice divil, co jsem si to dovolil, ale pak p\u0159estal o v\u00edkendech obt\u011b\u017eovat. P\u0159itom jsem pochopil, jak je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 se znep\u0159\u00edstupnit neust\u00e1l\u00fdm a nal\u00e9hav\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm ostatn\u00edch. Jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed efekt jsem bez ru\u0161iv\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed znovu objevil klid mysli. Najednou jsem byl vlastn\u011b r\u00e1d, \u017ee je u sebe nem\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proch\u00e1zka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edroda je nejlep\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9k na rozt\u011bkanou a informacemi p\u0159ehlcenou mysl. Sta\u010d\u00ed popoj\u00edt kousek od na\u0161eho informacemi zahlcen\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a r\u00e1zem se \u010dlov\u011bk ocitne v\u00a0klidu a harmonii n\u011bkde u lesa \u010di pot\u016f\u010dku.<\/p>\n<p>Obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 p\u0159i usilovn\u00e9m p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed nebo psan\u00ed jsem za\u010dal praktikovat alespo\u0148 hodinovou proch\u00e1zku jako sou\u010d\u00e1st ka\u017edodenn\u00ed psychohygieny. Sta\u010d\u00ed ob\u010das nachv\u00edli pozorovat p\u00e1ry, kter\u00e9 se pro modrou obrazovku a sam\u00e9 virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed sd\u00edlen\u00ed ani ned\u00edvaj\u00ed jeden na druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Tak n\u011bjak se n\u00e1m p\u0159itom v\u0161em virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b vytr\u00e1c\u00ed ten skute\u010dn\u00fd. Ochuzujeme se t\u00edm o spoustu z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f, na kter\u00e9 bychom pak mohli vzpom\u00ednat i bez obrazov\u00e9ho z\u00e1znamu. Doporu\u010den\u00ed tedy zn\u00ed: Nev\u011bnujte pozornost profil\u016fm lid\u00ed, ale skute\u010dn\u00fdm lidem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sn\u011bn\u00ed a star\u00e1 dobr\u00e1 kn\u00ed\u017eka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jako lid\u00e9 jsme asi zpohodln\u011bli natolik, \u017ee si ani nejsme v\u011bdom\u00ed, co v\u0161echno v\u011bd\u011bt nepot\u0159ebujeme. S\u00a0rozvojem techniky a neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsunu \u201ehotov\u00e9ho\u201c obrazovan\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, jsme si upozadili schopnost p\u0159edstavivosti a sn\u011bn\u00ed. U videa zkr\u00e1tka nen\u00ed co \u201edosn\u00edvat\u201c, v\u0161e tam u\u017e je.<\/p>\n<p>Sn\u00edt s\u00a0otev\u0159en\u00fdma o\u010dima je p\u0159itom neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e1 lidsk\u00e1 schopnost. Schopnost, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s cel\u00e9 v\u011bky posouvala d\u00e1le a umo\u017e\u0148ovala n\u00e1m p\u0159ich\u00e1zet na nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady a my\u0161lenky. T\u011b\u017eko \u0159\u00edct, zda-li by Newtona napadlo popsat teorii gravitace, kdyby zrovna n\u011bkomu komentoval nov\u00e9 fotografie na facebooku.<\/p>\n<p>Tuto schopnost v\u0161ak nic neosv\u011b\u017e\u00ed tak dob\u0159e jako ticho a star\u00e1 dobr\u00e1 kn\u00ed\u017eka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem jak v\u00a0sob\u011b op\u011bt probudit z\u00e1jem o skute\u010dn\u00fd sv\u011bt v\u0161ak je zm\u011bna prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
