Vlastn\u00ed impuls jim pak posta\u010d\u00ed k tomu, aby ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b sami zm\u011bnili, co je t\u0159eba.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00ed se pro zm\u011bnu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed zdrav\u011b a konstruktivn\u011b na\u0161tvat, aby sami sebe vyhecovali k realizaci pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch zm\u011bn. Obvykle jich pak n\u00e1sleduje cel\u00e1 \u0161\u0148ura z\u00e1rove\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk i tak odm\u00edtne, bude muset bojovat a z\u00e1pasit o udr\u017een\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho stavu. Pokud je naopak poslechne a nech\u00e1 se jimi v\u00e9st, m\u00e1 \u0161anci dos\u00e1hnout velk\u00fdch, mnohdy sice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch, ale nakonec pozitivn\u00edch zm\u011bn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u011bci jsou jako ru\u010dn\u00ed brzda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S v\u011bcmi je to jako u brzd v automobilu. Je proto v\u0161ak t\u0159eba se p\u0159estat zuby nehty br\u00e1nit a vzdorovat p\u0159irozen\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v\u00fdvoje. Minulost a to, co ji\u017e nen\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed, zkr\u00e1tka mus\u00ed j\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00e9 st\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje ide\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, jak odd\u011blit pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 od zbytn\u00e9ho a v\u011bnovat energii jen tomu nutn\u00e9mu. Komu by se tak\u00e9 cht\u011blo tahat a st\u011bhovat \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno, v\u010detn\u011b toho co nepot\u0159ebuje?<\/p>\n<p>Logicky tak ka\u017ed\u00e9 st\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed a zm\u011bna m\u00edsta p\u016fsoben\u00ed znamen\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu omezit mno\u017estv\u00ed dr\u017een\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed. Vlastn\u00ed lenost nebo l\u00e9pe \u0159e\u010deno lidsk\u00e1 schopnost \u0161et\u0159it energii tam, kde ji net\u0159eba vyd\u00e1vat, pak umo\u017en\u00ed vy\u010distit vlastn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed od zbytn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lenost jako s\u00edla pokroku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdznamnou roli hraje i lenost a to jak na stran\u011b zan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed i prostoru nepo\u0159\u00e1dkem, tak na stran\u011b o\u010disty. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee lenost je nespr\u00e1vn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1na pouze za zavr\u017een\u00ed hodnou vlastnost. Existuj\u00ed p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm dva druhy lenosti, z \u010deho\u017e jeden pozitivn\u00ed a jeden negativn\u00ed. Negativn\u00ed je podle m\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161 formou zah\u00e1lky, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk ani nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed, ani se o nic nesna\u017e\u00ed a aktivit\u011b se vyh\u00fdb\u00e1. Je to ta lenost, kter\u00e1 br\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bn\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak <strong>pozitivn\u00ed lenost<\/strong> je jednou ze schopnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bka dovede vybudit k aktivit\u011b a p\u0159ivede ho k nanejv\u00fd\u0161 tvo\u0159iv\u00fdm my\u0161lenk\u00e1m. Donut\u00ed ho se zab\u00fdvat pouze t\u00edm, na \u010dem opravdu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. Pozitivn\u00ed lidsk\u00e1 lenost a pot\u0159eba si zjednodu\u0161it \u017eivot t\u00e1hne inovace vp\u0159ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159itom umo\u017e\u0148uje \u010dlov\u011bku v\u011bnovat \u010das d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u010dinnostem. Uvoln\u011bn\u00fd \u010das by v\u0161ak m\u011bl b\u00fdt v\u011bnov\u00e1n vlastn\u00edmu my\u0161len\u00ed, osobn\u00edmu rozvoji, tvorb\u011b a v dne\u0161n\u00ed usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b tak\u00e9 odpo\u010dinku, rodin\u011b, pohod\u011b a zdrav\u00ed \u010di pohybu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lep\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdt zm\u011bnou ne\u017e se zm\u011bn\u00e1m p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bny nastanou, a\u0165 chceme nebo ne. Nikdo nev\u00ed, co p\u0159ijde. Osobn\u011b jsem si v\u0161ak vyzkou\u0161el, \u017ee lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se zm\u011bnou nechat zasko\u010dit, je b\u00fdt na ni p\u0159ipraven. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed toti\u017e nov\u00e9 podn\u011bty, inspiraci a n\u00e1pady. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zm\u011bna a mnohdy i p\u0159ekotn\u00fd zvrat ud\u00e1lost\u00ed m\u011b doposud posunuly vp\u0159ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nen\u00ed p\u0159itom t\u0159eba vid\u011bt do chodu ud\u00e1lost\u00ed vlastn\u00edho \u017eivota. Pochopit, analyzovat a hodnotit je toti\u017e m\u016f\u017eeme a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy jimi projdeme. Jejich c\u00edlem pak je se pou\u010dit a neopakovat chyby. Kdo je v\u0161ak p\u0159ipraven a otev\u0159en zm\u011bn\u00e1m, m\u016f\u017ee je aktivn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edmat hned kdy\u017e p\u0159ijdou a p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se hned na za\u010d\u00e1tku. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to funguje trochu jako u surfer\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed \u010dekaj\u00ed na svou vlnu. Vezou se, dokud je.
