P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edm kr\u00e1tk\u00fd p\u0159ehled rozmanit\u00e9 chilsk\u00e9 gastronomie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gastronomie<\/strong> v jihoamerick\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b <strong>Chile<\/strong> se mezi regiony velmi li\u0161\u00ed a snad ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 svou specialitu. Z n\u00e1zvu by sice\n\u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tin\u011b znal\u00fdm vyplynulo na mysli cosi sladk\u00e9ho, opak je\nale pravdou. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento pokrm je\nslo\u017een z vrstev mlet\u00e9ho hov\u011bz\u00edho a ku\u0159ec\u00edho masa, kr\u00e1jen\u00fdch\nva\u0159en\u00fdch vajec a \u010derstv\u00e9 z klasu nastrouhan\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 kuku\u0159ice\nzvan\u00e9 m\u00edstn\u00edmi choclo. Na vrchu jemn\u011b posypan\u00e1 cukrem, kter\u00fd po\nzape\u010den\u00ed v tradi\u010dn\u00ed hlin\u011bn\u00e9 misce vytvo\u0159\u00ed na povrchu v\u00fdbornou\nkrustu. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cazuela<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to takov\u00fd v\u00fdvar\n\u010di \u201epol\u00e9vka\u201c na zp\u016fsob co d\u016fm dal. Z\u00e1kladem jsou obvykle\nhov\u011bz\u00ed (de vacuno) nebo dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed (de pollo) kosti s trochou masa\na d\u00e1le velk\u00e9 kusy zeleniny v \u010dele s kuku\u0159ic\u00ed, mrkv\u00ed, cibul\u00ed a\nbramborou. V\u0161e pova\u0159en\u00e9 v jednom hrnci a nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt dostatek\nko\u0159en\u00ed merk\u00e9n \u2013 viz n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Porotos granados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to hust\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka\ns \u010derstvou sladkou kuku\u0159ic\u00ed a \u010derstv\u00fdmi fazolemi. Fazole se\npova\u0159\u00ed s d\u00fdn\u00ed, dopln\u00ed rozmixovan\u00fdmi zrny \u010derstv\u00e9 kuku\u0159ice a\np\u0159ichut\u00ed podle vlastn\u00ed volby. Tento obvykle chu\u0165ov\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d obsahuje\nkr\u00e1jen\u00e9 o\u0159echy, mandle a su\u0161en\u00e9 \u010di kandovan\u00e9 ovoce. Je to chu\u0165ov\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 a lehce p\u00e1liv\u00e9\nko\u0159en\u00ed. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pisco<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O v\u00fdborn\u00fdch\nchilsk\u00fdch v\u00ednech se toho u n\u00e1s u\u017e dost v\u00ed. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed v\u0161ak\nje, \u017ee v Chile d\u011blaj\u00ed z v\u00edna tak\u00e9 v\u00fdbornou p\u00e1lenku zvanou\npisco. Je sice sporn\u00e9, zda je n\u00e1poj p\u016fvodem z Chile nebo\nsousedn\u00edho Peru, ale za n\u00e1rodn\u00ed n\u00e1poj jej v\u0161ak pova\u017euj\u00ed\nobyvatel\u00e9 obou zem\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manjar alias\ndulce de leche<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manjar je sm\u011bs\nkondenzovan\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka s karamelizovan\u00fdm cukrem. Ma\u017ee se na chleba,\nd\u00e1v\u00e1 se jen tak do misky, jako p\u0159\u00edloha k n\u011b\u010demu jin\u00e9mu \u010di se\nmls\u00e1 jen tak z pytl\u00edku. N\u00e1m se obvykle neda\u0159ilo\nrozeznat j\u00eddelnu od restaurace, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161ily zejm\u00e9na t\u00edm, \u017ee\nrestaurace sp\u00ed\u0161 j\u00eddlo p\u0159ipravovali a j\u00eddelny ho m\u011bly\np\u0159edp\u0159ipraven\u00e9.
