Jak samota prosp\u00edv\u00e1 zdrav\u00e9 mysli a co m\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s vyrovnanost\u00ed? \u00davaha o nezbytnosti b\u00fdt s\u00e1m v informacemi p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve shonu spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 je st\u00e1le rychlej\u0161\u00ed a jej\u00ed po\u017eadavky st\u00e1le n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, je nanejv\u00fd\u0161 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si um\u011bt ud\u011blat vlastn\u00ed <strong>prostor a \u010das na sebe sama<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co a k \u010demu je\nsamota<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Samota <\/strong>je stav, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m \u010dlov\u011bk z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1 klidn\u00e1 m\u00edsta s m\u00e1lem lid\u00ed nebo \u00fapln\u011b bez lid\u00ed. Z\u00e1m\u011brem je sn\u00ed\u017eit interakci s lidmi v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s co nejmen\u0161\u00edm ru\u0161en\u00edm okoln\u00edmi vlivy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samota je \u010das a prostor na to, aby si \u010dlov\u011bk uv\u011bdomil, k\u00fdm skute\u010dn\u011b je a <strong>co je skute\u010dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Informa\u010dn\u00ed\np\u0159ehlcen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prvkem\nsamoty je nutn\u00e9 odpojen\u00ed se od nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch ru\u0161iv\u00fdch vliv\u016f\ntypu televize a internetu, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s neust\u00e1le vtahuj\u00ed do\nvirtu\u00e1ln\u00ed a \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l nere\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reality. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je mnoho sd\u011blen\u00ed,\nkter\u00e1 se sna\u017e\u00ed strhnout pozornost lid\u00ed. Mnoh\u00e1 z nich jsou v\u0161ak\nkus\u00fdmi informacemi vytr\u017een\u00fdmi z kontextu se z\u0159ejm\u00fdm c\u00edlem\ndos\u00e1hnout vnit\u0159n\u00edho zmaten\u00ed a \u201edezorientace\u201c p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K tomu se v mnoha\np\u0159\u00edpadech p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, \u0161koly, rodina \u010di nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed okol\u00ed,\nkte\u0159\u00ed sami mnohdy dezorientovan\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed sd\u011blen\u00ed a\npo\u017eadavky. V\u00fdsledkem je informa\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a z toho\nplynouc\u00ed zmatek, kter\u00fd podr\u00fdv\u00e1 zdravou mysl. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stav zdrav\u00e9\nmysli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zdrav\u00e1 mysl<\/strong> je stav, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk odhodit bari\u00e9ry a ochrann\u00e9 zdi, kter\u00fdmi se br\u00e1n\u00ed proti neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edlivu impulz\u016f, tlaku a nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm vliv\u016fm spole\u010dnosti. Je to stav mysli, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee bez obav otev\u0159\u00edt a st\u00e1t se sama sebou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eitost samoty\np\u0159itom tkv\u00ed v mo\u017enosti zachov\u00e1n\u00ed i obnoven\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed.\nP\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pou\u017eit\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje, \u017ee mysl a cel\u00e1 bytost \u010dlov\u011bka\npouze je a raduje se z toho. M\u00e1 prostor poslouchat sebe samu a\np\u0159ij\u00edmat svou vnit\u0159n\u00ed inspiraci a podn\u011bty. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kde hledat samotu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00edm\nprostorem, kter\u00fd je s\u00e1m o sob\u011b l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd, proto\u017ee um\u00ed jen b\u00fdt,\nje p\u0159\u00edroda. P\u0159i samot\u011b v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b je toti\u017e v\u0161em a\nv\u0161emu \u00fapln\u011b jedno jac\u00ed si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee jsme nebo k\u00fdm si\nmysl\u00edme, \u017ee jsme pro lidsk\u00e9 okol\u00ed. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V P\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, bez\nlid\u00ed a bez spojen\u00ed na sv\u011bt lid\u00ed skrze p\u0159\u00edstroje, pak \u010dlov\u011bk\nprost\u011b jen je. Neexistuje tam jin\u00fd stav ne\u017e prost\u00e9 a osvobozuj\u00edc\u00ed\nbyt\u00ed. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odstup a pozoruj<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oprostit se od ruchu\na \u0161umu lidsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti v\u0161ak n\u011bjakou chv\u00edli trv\u00e1. V\nz\u00e1vislosti na individu\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a mo\u017enostech, kter\u00e9\no\u010dista lidsk\u00e9 mysli pot\u0159ebuje, je nutn\u00e9 se op\u011btovn\u011b nau\u010dit\nzdrav\u00e9mu my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i m\u00e9 osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s del\u0161\u00ed samotou na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jindrichsmitka.cz\/2017\/06\/08\/kudy-z-cech-do-santiaga-de-compostela\/\">Svatojakubsk\u00e9 cest\u011b (v\u00edce zde)<\/a> trvalo zhruba dva t\u00fddny a\u017e t\u0159i t\u00fddny, ne\u017e mi p\u0159estalo tak \u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc \u201ehu\u010det v hlav\u011b\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk p\u0159itom z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 odstup od situac\u00ed a sv\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a st\u00e1v\u00e1 se z n\u011bj jak\u00fdsi pozorovatel. Od t\u00e9to chv\u00edle se m\u016f\u017ee od ostatn\u00edch lid\u00ed u\u010dit, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 situace, ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk a ka\u017ed\u00fd pocit jsou jen odrazem vlastn\u00edho vnit\u0159n\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a okol\u00ed jej jen zrcadl\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ale t\u0159eba v\u00e9st v patrnosti, \u017ee stav zdrav\u00e9 mysli je nutn\u00e9 pravideln\u011b obnovovat a udr\u017eovat.
